eVerifier Add-In for Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007
eVerifier Add-In is solution for verification and processing of e-documents. It allows verifying electronic documents right form the Microsoft Outlook and also to save included documents and send reply to person who sent e-document, informing about reception as well as about validity status of the document received.
Functionality of the eVerifier Add-In:
 Automatically detects e-documents in Microsoft Outlook;
Supports processing of multiple e-documents;
Asynchronous processing of e-documents;
If verification is done in online mode all actions are audited;
Information about verification is in Subject field.
Two operating modes
Locally – in this mode eVerifier Add-In verifies e-documents and informs about results of verification.
Online – results of verification are shown on screen as well as registered to the audit journal. User may also send notification to the sender of the e-document.
Online service
To work in online mode eVerifier Add-In verification service has to be available.
Information in subject

Open and save included files
eVerifier Add-In allows user to open or save to the disk files included in e-document. It is convenient to check contents of received document.
eVerifier Add-In verification service
eVerifier Add-In verification service supports online operation of eVerifier Add-In Microsoft in Outlook. Verification audit journal is created. It allows to search for user activities and follow which user and when verified using online service.
Two users
Verification service has two possible users – user and administrator. In user mode only audit journal is available. As an administrator you can also configure system and change login credentials.
Search
Audit journal is searchable for:
Reception date of the e-mail;
Verification date of the e-mail;
Senders e-mail address;
Recipients e-mail address;
Persons who verified e-mail address;
Reference number (shown in subject).
All information needed
In verification audit journal information abut user actions is available:
Is notification to the sender sent;
Reference number (shown in subject);
Senders e-mail address;
Recipients e-mail address;
Persons who verified e-mail address;
Reception date of the e-mail;
Verification date;
Results of the verification;
Notification e-mail.
Export
If verification audit journal data are needed for reports or other purposes it is possible to make export in CSV.
Administration
Settings for eVerifier Add-In verification service are in four main blocks:
1. Configuration of outgoing e-mail (SMTP) server;
2. Notification e-mail message using HTML editor and variables;
3. Online verification address link to be used in eVerifier Add-In for Microsoft Outlook;
4. Check the e-mail address by sending test message.
